Dr. Bridget Swartzel
PT, DPT
I earned a BS degree from the University of South Florida, and I graduated with my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from NOVA Southeastern University in 2023.
During my schooling, I found a passion for treating patients of all ages with neurological challenges. Along this journey, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals who experienced Spinal Cord Injury, Parkinson’s disease, Stroke, Cerebral Palsy, Traumatic Brain Injury, and Myasthenia Gravis.
My favorite part of being a physical therapist is connecting with my patients and individualizing their treatments to meet their unique goals. I believe that with tailored treatment, high intensity training, and evidence-based practice, positive
change and success is possible. As Dr. Robert Butler stated, “If exercise was sold in pill form, it would be the number one pill sold throughout the world because the benefits are endless.”
I am excited to be a part of the Neubility Rehabilitation & Wellness community and I’m committed to the mission to promote high quality physical therapy services that are innovative, intensive and patient-driven.
Outside of my career I love spending time with my husband, Myles, and our pup, Maggie. I prioritize my family (animals included) and believe quality time with those you love is what life is all about! As a family, we enjoy kayaking, checking
out new local restaurants, hiking and traveling. I like to keep myself active and balanced by attending weightlifting and yoga classes.
