Dr. Becca Cañizares
PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
I grew up in Massachusetts and went to college and graduate school in Connecticut at Quinnipiac University. I have lived and worked in Massachusetts and California before moving to Florida in January 2024 and starting with the team at Neubility.
I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Quinnipiac University in 2018 and began working in the inpatient rehabilitation setting with a focus on individuals with neurological conditions. I then shifted into the home and community based settings helping patients with strokes, spinal cord injuries, and brain injuries. I have a passion for utilizing evidence based treatment interventions including high intensity gait training for the stroke population. I am certified in LSVT BIG for patients with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions. I am taking the exam to become a Neurologic Clinical Specialist in 2025.

Testimonials
I can honestly say lve had lots of rehab/phys during the 35 years lve had MS, but this was the most beneficial, and targeted tx I’ve ever had. I am noticing much better balance and stability/strength now. I’m so grateful my doctor recommended I try it. It is challenging which is really necessary.
Since I have been going here for physical therapy after my stroke I have seen positive results. I walk much better and the staff is friendly and helpful. They encourage you and push you to do better. It’s hard work but it pays off. I am glad I found Neubility Rehabilitation. If anyone is looking for the best Rehabilitation Center give Neubility Rehabilitation a try you will not be disappointed.
