I travel to you and provide care in the comfort of your home.
This option is suitable for those who have functional limitations inside the home, difficulty with traveling or have limited transportation. The goal for in-home physical therapy is to improve function and mobility around the home, while building strength, endurance and flexibility.
Once mobility is improved, clients have the option to visit the clinic space to utilize the equipments and space to continue with progress.
Treatment is 60 minute-long, one on one, innovative, intensive and patient-driven.
The clinic space is located inside Best Day Fitness. The space features a Rehab treadmill, a Litegait body weight support system, parallel bars, TRX system and weighted sled.
Treatment inside the clinic allows for transition from home to more advanced, challenging tasks to facilitate further recovery and/or maintenance of function.

The Mobility Research Gaitkeeper treadmill has a true 0 start and a 0.1 mph increment, thus, suitable for all levels of patients.
Treadmill training for stroke survivors who are ambulatory improve walking speed and walking distance (Mehrholz et al., 2017). High intensity speed-based treadmill training improved self-selected speed, fastest walking speed and walking endurance in those with chronic stroke; and effects maintained at 3 months post training (Madhaven, 2019).
Treadmill training for those with Parkinson's disease improved walking speed, strike length and walking distance; and was found to be more beneficial compared to traditional therapy without treadmill training (Mehrholz et al., 2015).
LiteGait provides postural control and weight-bearing assistance for fall-free therapeutic activities. It allows patient to start walking training earlier in the rehab process and engage in more challenging activities throughout the course of rehab.
LiteGait therapy benefits clients with lower extremity pain, lower extremity and trunk weakness, weight-bearing restrictions or amputation, diminished cardiopulmonary function, and poor activity tolerance.
LiteGait therapy also benefits higher-functioning clients be challenged and progressed in a fall-free environment.
LiteGait can be used both overground and over the treadmill.
