Dr. Han Nguyen, PT, DPT, NCS/Owner
Dr. Nguyen is the Owner of Neubility Rehabilitation and Wellness.
Dr. Nguyen is a Board-Certified Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy, a Stroke Rehab Specialist & a Parkinson Wellness Recovery (PWR!) therapist. She has 5 years of experience in working with people with neurological conditions.
Dr. Zak Kimmett, PT, DPT, NCS
Dr. Kimmett is a Board-Certified Specialist in Neurologic Physical Therapy. He has completed a neurologic residency at the Tampa VA Hospital.
He has extensive experience in treating people with both neurologic and orthopedic conditions.
Dr. Bridget Swartzel, PT, DPT
Dr. Bridget found a passion for treating patients of all ages with neurological challenges during her schooling at NOVA Southeastern University. She is currently completing our neurologic mentorship program to be able to sit for the neurologic specialization exam.
Kara Eldridge OTR/L
Kara have worked exclusively with
neurological and traumatic brain injury clients for the last 4 years and specialize in
assisting patients to address visual deficits and enjoy encouraging all of her patients to
grab life by the horns and continue to ride.
